if u look closely, its a PAP ruler.. damn ironic right?? PAP manufacture such rulers to show that the PAP "rules" or are "rulers".. very pun right?? hahaahah..and guess where i found them? in tccc pencil case. lol. the opposition keeps PAP rulers..lolx.
