so bio ended at 10am. and i had like 3hrs free until 1pm when i had geog remedial. wanted to go home but considered it a waste of time. so bo pian, go library read book. in the end, spent most of my time talking to a table tennis fren about DotA and giving him tips on how to play..lol.
after having lunch at dining hall with YJ and ZY, we went for the geog remedial supposedly at 4J. however, chion was super late. so we had to aimlessly wait there for her. i got back an assignment 19/25 and the geog greenwave 48/60. its OK la.. kelvin, i only got 1 mark higher than u in assignment and same for greenwave yet i find it ok leh..lolz..so what if cannot get 4.0, aim for 3.6 lo..hahahha... in the end had another hour to spare to wait until the external chemisty aroma lesson. went with YJ to the library again and read the godfather book this time. managed to read 40 pages. ok la..
aroma chem was soooooooo long la. i rather have 6* 2hrs lesson than 4* 3hrs lesson..zzz. we were like given case studies showing 3 women died with chlorofoam on mouth by a perfume. lolx. we were supposed to find out what in the perfume caused their death. lesson went by super slowly. fortunately for the break in between, or else i would have fallen asleep. lesson after the break was more interesting though. we were to make some dye concentrations using some equipment. forgot the name. YJ and i were damn careless so ended up with blue stains on our shirts..ahaha.. we were to bring musks and lemon grass the nxt lesson to extract the oil from them and make our own.. look forward to it and hope that it would be interesting.
from today, u can see that DMP seriously disadvantages those who live rather far from sch. cos in between spare time, ranging from 1hr to 5hrs, theres like nothing for us to do except to go library to slp/read. moreover, the library does not allow the loaning of vcds to watch during sch hours. cant the sch
1. like push all the free periods to a day and squeeeeze all the lessons together. if so i would have like 22hours free lor. its like having 5days off!
2. arrange activities for bored students to do during breaks which lasts 2-3hrs. most prefably screening of movies.
3. make CLE and the RE periods non-compulsory so that we dont need to stay back for the whole day for a damn CLE lesson where most probably decruz will say 'do your own stuff while i mark your PDI form'. zzz
DMP can be seriously improved on in many ways. hope the sch can change it for the better next yr. cya!
