    first day of shooting training =)

    had a tiring but GREAT time today man~ :) having pe lessons 2 days consec is quite tiring la. after yesterday lower body workout during pe, today the teacher make us climb 7 floors, lunges, squats, calf lifts. and do 2 sets of it. following that still must run back to track area to do chinups~
    but i love fridays~! wheee~ cos school officially ends at 12.20 only! so early la!
    my class played captain's ball again =] but the girls always cheat la! they would shove here shove there and poke the 'captain' standing on the chair! urgh. lol! but it was still very fun. hahaha! anyway, im so not gonna play scissor paper stone with minmin anymore!!! my hands are numb. and red. and sore. and almost bleeding. rofl...

    so today was my first official training for shooting =) they showed us around the shooting range, and also led us into the armoury to see the guns! super cool la! so i was using pistol no.510144 i think. cos i got big hands, and that was the only pistol i could find with big handle. hehe! training was somewhat tiring. we spent the whole time carrying up the pistol with some extra load, and staying in that position for 1min+. starting 1hr is quite relaxing. but as training wore on, u could really feel the BURN in ur arm la! i did not have 'cold shoulder' anymore. LOL! XD at the end of the training, could really feel the strain on the arm. haha~ i must work out more!!
    today was the captain wilson birthday! happy 18th birthday to him! :D

    i got so much to do over the weekends man!

    gonna go and play dota now~ haha. cya!
